An Inspection generally takes 4-6 hours, and covers nine main area's; Exterior, Structure, Roofing, Attic/Loft, Electrical, Plumbing, Heating Systems, Interior and Insulation. All inspections are done in accordance with BCIPI (British Columbia Institute of Property Inspectors) code of Standards and Practice.
These main elements are broken down further in the report, and the finding stated as clearly as possible.
During the walk through at the end of the inspection, you will be given a verbal analysis of any major points of concern. This is great time to ask questions, and get as much technical information as you can to help you make an informed choice about the property in question.
You will receive a completed written report with full color digital imaging before 12:00 noon on the day following the inspection. This report is your property and will not be shared with the home owner, Realtor or any other party.
